A propreitor in chennai, has already obtained license under Shop and Establishment Act and he is having it in shop. Now the proprietor has formed a new legally registered partnership firm in which he is also a working partner, the firm is having the same place as its registered address.
And the Firm is paying Rent to the property owner namely the propreitor for conducting the business in the place.
The Business is same business.
