Hi. I want to ask whether the letter which is not registered nor stamped is accepted in courts? Can it be called as an agreement? One of my friend signed a letter with builder in 2006 for fees. Now that work started a new in 2011. Still builder shows the 2006 letter. Its a building project at badlapur. The said letter is neither registered nor stamped. Pls advice .
