A is dead without a will.A has a land on which some part is constructed.
A has 4 sons(A1,A2,A3,A4) & 1 daughter(A5). All the sons of A (A1,A2,A3,A4)
is dead. only daughter(A5) of A is alive.
A1 - sON OF A (dead)
A2 - sON OF A (dead)
A3 - sON OF A (dead)
A4 - sON OF A (dead)
A5 - DAUGHTER OF A (alive)
B1 - sON OF A1 (alive)
B2 - DAUGHTER OF A1 (alive)
B3 - DAUGHTER OF A1 (alive)
B4 - DAUGHTER OF A1 (alive)
B5 - DAUGHTER OF A1 (alive)
C1 - sON OF A2 (alive)
C2 - sON OF A2 (alive)
C3 - sON OF A2 (alive)
D1 - sON OF A3 (alive) & RESIDING IN THE LAND
E1 - sON OF A4 (alive)
E2 - sON OF A4 (alive)
E3 - DAUGHTER OF A4 (alive)
E4 - DAUGHTER OF A4 (alive)
D1 and his WIFE(D2) is residing in the A's property for past 25-30 years & paying all taxes e.g. water, house, electricity, etc. and constructed additionals.
D2 has got written her name in the khasra of land without any consent of other shareholders.
Now B1,C1,E1 wants share in that land. So my query is -
1. Is it possible to got written name in khasra/khatauni without the all shareholder's consent ?
2. Is there any way to get equal shares among all?
3. Is there any legal way to get share ?
4. What can be happen if we demand our shares ?
