i had given my house on rent to a muslim family, it was a registered agreement, he did not disclose to me that the woman was his second wife, she is a abusive woman, threathening us & our neighbours all the while, even to the extent of illtreating her elder daughter from her previous husband. the agreement got over 8months back, he asked for a months extension as he did not get a new place, after a month he filed a police complaint that i was not giving him the deposit back (which previously he told me to adjust against the rent) & he would also want 2more months time to vacate the place. he has not vacated till now, what action can the police take against him & can u suggest how can i teach him a lesson. thanks.
