Query

My father took an education loan for my sister's education in 2007. My father expired last year & my sister got married and settled abroad in 2012.

Nothing is repayed in the loan amount to the best of my knowledge. 

I have 2 queries:

1) Is I am liable to pay the loan outstanding legally?

2) What legal action bank can take for repayment of loan.
