Pursuing regular LLB without prior intimation to department

There is no need to attend classes.  In applicatoin form itself one can mention details of where he or she is working, and exempt from attending classes.  But as this person is employed and service conditions apply, and it appears that he has taken permissoin to attend exam which will be max 15 days every semester, nothing much can be done as he has done his duty also and appeared legally for exam.  

Check on condition of min. attendance required for the course.

If he has fulfilled all conditions for the course and taken permission from dept, then you have found nothing to proceed against him.

He has done a Regular course so how can he not attend classes. His L.L.B attendance is 65% and at the same time he was also doing his duty in Police. He did not inform the police department before starting the course but in between he took permission for appearing in exams.

deptt is still free to give ex-post factor permission or leave taken for examination to be implied permission.

You have already sought advises in different forums and posted number of such queries on police official at Delhi.  You have reported to Police dept., and also complained to VC.  As you are worried about a police officer getting L.Lb Degree, as final solution enter into litigation and get verdict of the court, as you are more aware of facts and taken up the matter with various authorities. You have also posted in other forum that he was permitted to take the Examination and now your worry is about his attendance and authorities have no objection for their employee gaining some legal knowledge through a reputed University that may help the dept., one can not see any sound argument on  your objections

Minimum 70% attendance compulsory.  But can be managed.  Your arguments hold no water.

I am no one to have a problem with him doing L.lb but my concern is why he has been marked present at both the places on the same time. I have got attandance and he has been marked present at both the places i.e L.lb lectures and delhi plice duty.How can one person be present at two places on the exactly same time.  this is surely against the public interest.

He has already acquired his degree and that is past.  The complaining in larger public interest if any might have been from his employer or public that used his Services and suffered due to his absence.  What is your locus standi (This is what Hon.Harshb has raised), how you were affected and suffered ?

When that thing is a past issue, How it can be of larger public interest now at this point of time ?

As you have raised public interest, who should decide that now, is official having knowledge that betters his exposure in dealing things in his profession was not in larger public interest ?

At this point of time, what is larger public interest involved is the issue .

After all this exposing a polic officer  in Public forum , with your costs, time, energy and mental peace, what you have actually gained on taking up a subject not concerned with present ?  Why are you inviting by protracting and prolonging the issue there by inviting problems to you ?

If it is a fact, then you can bring it also in the knowledge of his Dept authorities.

Have they followed rules and granted attendance as per rules and some sanction?

Can such sanction be granted?

The real point is : Are you willing to go to such extents?

If yes; Why?

It means a govt servant can persue LLB course alongwith his service as there is no need to attend classes.
