We all the family members want to construct house by accumulating savings of all of us.
Here my query is what will be beneficial whether to purchase the plot in my mother's name or else any other better option is available?
After purchase of the plot we are planning to take home loan for construction. can we take the same in joint name or it can be only in the name of the owner?
Please Guide and suggest any other better alternative if available?
