First Mahada comes under MAHADA ACT
It is independent Act
You need to check Mahada act , rules framed under it and
There are various scheme of Mahada so you also need to check under which scheme it was done
Whether there is any restriction in transfer of flat .
Restricition is placed because flat is given at lower than market rate. So govt makes restricition of transfer till specific period. whether that period is over or not that too require checking
