Purchase of an apartment

I have booked one apartment and now I want to register it. The Promoter told me that in the sale deed there will be no mention of propotionate land also the area of the parking place will not be mentioned. Is it correct to prepare a sale deed without mentioning the above itm?. Please reply. ~tushar

It is all about the sale deed for the registration of a flat. My question is whether the sale deed will contain a part of the land where the aparnment belongs. The builder's argument is that there will be no such provision of mentioning of land. It is due a verdict given by supreme court. Does the builder telling the truith? Please reply.
