Purchase of agriculture land in valsad, gujarat

I want to purchase Agriculture Land in Valsad, Gujarat. My native is place is Valsad only and I am also Gujarati. I want to know procedures to purchase the land.

U need to give public notice in local news paper.

If no objection received to it then u can do agreement to sale and give partial amout.

Mean while when ur loan is passed then u can do sale deed in your favour.
