Public trust registration in gujarat

Dear Experts,

Can someone please share procedure for trust registration .

I have prepared deed with rules and by laws while checking application at charity commission found that memoradum and by laws are to be attached separately.

Notarised Deed on Rs 300 stamp to be attached with application along declaration cum consent and power to advocate is this enough or I am missing something 

Please guide.
