Public trust

In Uttar Pradesh is public charitable trust supposed to get it registered with charitable commissioner. Further, whether sec 92 CPC will be applicable on public charitable trust. On which trust indian trust act will be applicable in up?

Shantanu ji registration of trust is not mandatory it is voulntary.

92 of cpc is applicable on trust.
