Public notice for longtime desertion more than 4 years

Hi,

My wife and me longime desertion more that 3-4 years.But both not files any diviorce case till date. She filed fake compilent agint me and family in local police station and went to her father home. (People are misuse the women protection law. ].I have send multiple copies copies legal notice by prepared by me for asking reason for fake compilents and illgeal word usage againts my family. but due to mistake make by them , they hidding for many years to avoid discussion. failure appearance for in-person discussion and desertion of more than 3 years. We have contacted you many times to understand the reason and discuss and final notice call to discuss in-person in the above specified address to understand the reason for desertion with true valid reasons. i have sent mutliple copies of legal notice prepared by me and sent registered A.D. with acknowledgement card. I have sent every month for past 1.5 years only i will received acknowledgement card. I have created a bank account on my baby 3 years and depositing every month few thousand to lakhs for monthly support and sent every month cheque by post with A.D. Past six month the letter are no respond and they holding my baby. I thought of applying GWA for baby support offically. Her father spoke very very bad word which initiated the family is issue. Both holding my baby and playing in the life for 4 years. Since the legal notice and cheque are not accepted for past 6 months, i would like to publish a PUBLIC Notice in news paper for longtime desertion more than 3 years.

Can i publish public notice? I hope god will answer who made mistake. (Now a days womans take more advantage by raising fake compliant and hiding and police station not even listen my words and listen only girls words. Not even try to understand the basic problem. that still cont. for many years desertion and ego stage.

how to proof those are fake compliant?i would like to publish a PUBLIC Notice in news paper for longtime desertion and legal action will be taken to her father and to her on fake compliant.

Marriage constitutes the very basis of social organization. Hindu law regards marriage as a sacrament—indissoluble and eternal. This sacramental character of marriage has given rise to certain anomalies. The declaration of Manu that “neither by sale nor by desertion is wife released from the husband”[1] was hitherto applied only to women and not men. Thus there was an element of inherent injustice on the wife in Hindu law. To counter such inequalities among spouses and to protect the sacramental aspect of marriage, Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 was enacted which provided certain matrimonial remedies. One such remedy is that of ‘Restitution of Conjugal Rights’. The remedy of restitution of conjugal rights is a positive remedy that requires both parties to the marriage to live together and cohabit.

If you do not get proper response for all your correspondences to them, the next action by you is to approach court either for restitution of conjugal rights or for divorce on the grounds of desertion and non cohabitation. You should have filed a case for child custody as well as an application for visitation rights as an interim relief too. Even now it is not late, you may initiate the said actions by consulting a local lawyer and take wise decisions at proper time.
