Ptcl act

Hello, i am just a common man who has become victim of PTCL act. I have ended up buying a site in a layout formed out of granted land in Bangalore. The developer purchased the and from descendants of grantee, formed layout, and sold plots to many people. Now, some purchasers say the land is SC/ST land and are scared to construct. Is there a possibility that the grantee can reclaim the land at anytime? Reclaiming land after selling for good sum is plain cheating in name of PTCL act. If all buyers get together, can we fight a legal case and win?

Antonyji U know the them " BUYER MUST BE AWARE".

As u had not make proper enquiry u need to face legal consequences of your own act.

How ever ther are legal way to cope up with that.

If u give public notice through lawyer then u could get details of that land.

Filing legal case depend up on fact of case and its interpretation.

If u like my solution then give thanks on my profile.
