Dear Lawyers,
My wife filed a DV case against me in JMFC Court.
Presently, I have at least five ill-intentions of my wife behind filing her a DV case against me. I wish to prove them during my evidence stage. Is it possible or permitted to prove wife's ill-intentions during the trial?
Or I will be allowed only to lead my evidence and face cross but not prove the wife's ill-intentions?
Please clarify me.
