Prosecution sanction

I have filed my application u/s 197 of CRPC before the hon'ble District Collector for sanction of prosecution two months already passed but untill no response by the same.my question is any time prefixed for this?what should we do for. Offence committed by officer 468,420,34.

No response within two months is declared to be deemed sanction as per law . You may proceed with filing the case
