My son and I are permanent residents in the US and we are currently working on creating a Power of Attorney from my son to myself for mutating/selling apartment located in Vadodara(Gujarat).My query is should this POA be registerd in Gujarat where the property is located or can it be registerd in my home state of Kerala?
