As per our Jharkhand CNT Act., sale and purchase of land belonging to tribal, schedule castes and backward class in the areas covered under it.
What if a land is purchased by the tribal girl before marriage, but marry with a non-tribal upper caste man?
Is she still the land owner or else?
She can sale the land in upper caste or not?
