Is it possible that registered land can be considered illegal or govt can take control of it (in any case)
actually in jharkhand i have heard of ger abaad (hindi) kind of land
Acc. to my information such kind of land is partially owned by goverment and when goverment want they can displace the current occupant(even though registry is done).
so is it safe to build home in such kind of land ???
if no what can be done to avoid such situation ??
after registry and mutation is the property considered safe????
