1. I want to know property rights of property owner, If he/she is on Co-ownership with the Landlord.
2. if the co-owner wants to sell his/her property, does landlord has to be invovled in it?

if there is no partition without metes and bounds one of joint holders cannot sell the property. If it is sold it will be an invitation to litigation
