Property name after owner

Hello there, I have building property reside in kerala. It was written like after my parents death. that property belongs to me and my brother . My brother not interested in this property and settles in Australia year ago. How do I proceed to remove his name from this property without disturbing my parents. My brother said he can sign any documents to remove his name from that property document. How do I proceed for this. Please suggest me an solution. Thanks
