Hi Sir,
I have land in pune.2 gunta.
1 gunta is on my grandmother name & 1 gunta on my grandmother brother name (who is no more).
My grandmother wish to give that 1 gunta plot to me as a Bakshish patra.I wish to construct a house on that place.
But the diffuculty is 7/12 is having both owner name i.e my grandmother name as well as my grandmother brother name (who is no more).
I wish to seperate that 1 gunta plot.
One more problem is that it is having the clause 84K (in marathi - Chauraishi Ka) which is treated as agriculture land.so i cannot apply for a loan on that land.
How to remove that calause clause 84K (in marathi - Chauraishi Ka).And tranfer that property.
please suggest
