hello sir this cases started it 1981 and in 1990 about the permilay degree and in 1997 my grandmother has sold total land and 2007 Commission was appointed then the appeal for high court give order to reopen the case so I can went to Supreme Court 2009 in 2017 we got judgement there in any degree can't be open so start final degree processing should be started no hear and the judge is not appointing Commissioner so what I can do and moreover in that land building construction in happened so please sir can you help me in this.. thank you sir...
