Sir/Madam
1. We have purchased agricultural Land (Andhra Pradesh state) an extent of 1 acre in the year 1986, sale deed and under our possession since from purchase.
2. In the year 2014 our neighbor land lord trying to encroach ¼ acre part of land from south side and revenue surveyor also supporting him with some understanding and changed records accordingly.
3. Please help me, being a senior citizen, how to secure my land with any legal suits or any other approach in fast mode.
