my mother purchased a plot in 1984 in bangalore, the property is sold as gift deed, but now the property is registered in my mother's name, taxes and other formalities are done, now when we are trying to sell this property the owner's son is asking money(saying his dad sold this but now the current market price is different, and wanted the money or half of the property) and even he is not letting us even put a fence,
what all can be done and show the right direction, as he is a big goon in the area as well.
