Hi All,
I am having a question regarding my dad's property.
Well My Father was married to 1st wife and after her death he again got married to second wife.
Till yet My father and both wives had been expired and property is still upon my dad's name.
So from 1st Wife, 1 Son (Me)
And from 2nd Wife, 4 Daughter & 2 Sons
Now i talked about my part in my dad's property then all my sister's want their part also in dad's property.
Now the question is, Is there any law for property in which both wives will get same amount of part in property
(i.e Me from 1st wife will get 50% of property and rest of 6 children from 2nd wife will get their part in others 50%)
So please let me know rather i will get 50 % property or i will get 7th part.
