Hi Jindal Sir,

One more Query after reading your valuable comments.

1. My Uncles are Not agreeging for the Ownership change from Grandfather to my Father and Uncles Ownership.

In this case If I ask them to give me my share and if they dont agree to give me my share. Then can I go and file a case for my share with the Documents(Grand Fathers Name)?

You did not clarify current status about your father?

Even you alone can make application for the mutation (change of ownership) in the legal records.

You can file court case also.

Hi Sir,

Currently My Father is Alive.

My Uncles(Both) are such a people like they dont want to give me any part of the share.

So I will ask them to give me that small piece of Land or else I will tell them that I will file a case in Court that the Property of the Granndfather is not shared Equally.
