We had purchased a agricultral land and we had developed that land from past 14years. When we had bought this land father had saled this property to us since his father has expired. Now his son had filed a case against us that this property is grandfather property and needs share. when his father had sale this property to us he was minor hence his name was not mentioned in the sale deed. Now he is major he has put case against us. till now we only have paid the tax. please advice us how to go about it
