Property from the x husband

Dear Lawyers,

Thanks for the previous time help.

I have some doubt now. I had got divorce 10 yrs back. My Son and that x husband is in canada. My child is doing his BE in MIT in canada. He is suffering for the College Education. I am really concerned with this.

That X husband's Dad is a very stingue and not paying for the son's education. that X husband is in 5$ job, So he could not support the child. child is getting some funds from canadian Govt and remaining he works in Mcdonald and paying that fees and studying. I am really concerned that I gave 77 lakhs earned and gave to that X Husband Dad.

Now for this child, I want to put a Lawsuit for property from that X husband for 50% of his properties and want to get that and give for my son. Otherwise they will do cheating in that.

So please give me a councel in this. As I am trying to fly to Europe within 3 months from now, So I need clear information on filing a lawsuite against that X Husband 's Dad for the child's benefits.

because as per the Hindu Law , the male children goes with Dad. So they gave the child to that X husband.

I am worried. because this year I am getting second marriage. So before I go ahead and enter in , I want to settle this right. Please help me in this.

I have salary slip of earning 77 lakhs and gave to that X husband 's Dad. and in the divorce court they kept telling I am earning and gave very less as Support and finished.

So I need the properties for my Son , SO I want to file a case against them. Please help me , councel this and So I will do this.

thanks,

regards,

MVS

Complete in agreement with your emotion, but unfortunately you have no right to file law suit, even though you have proof of 77L payment to x,s dad, you could have claimed before 10 years not now. Persuade your X, It's your X or son can do, what you wish to do. Secondly, you were aware of X condition, you should have secured your son custody for his better future. I am sure other experts will share their better views, but my suggestion, if you are in position to do something for your son do that is better.
