Property (from father to son)

Hi, I have constructed a house by taking a loan (Joint with my father) - and the property is in my fathers name. Eventhough its a joint loan account, I am the one who is repaying the Loan. In this case, when I try to show this as a proof for Income tax, its been rejected with the reason that I need to provide a proof of ownership of the land- which I do not have.

So, would like to know what would I need to do incase I need to change the property to my name.
