Sir, we are two brothers, our father dies 12 years back making no will, he owns one factory which we three ( brothers and mother) divided after sale.We have one house also in which on ground floor my brother is living with my mother and we are on 1st floor, their is also one plot adjacent to our home on which my brother made his factory,i made my own factory from my share from sale of my father's factory.now the land on which my brother made his factory was bought by my father long back in the name of my brother,
my question is that do i also hold my 1/3 share in that plot in which my brother made his factory.
