i want to know few details about property distribution law in detail ( in kerala)
first thing property is is name of my grandfather who expired in 2001 and grand mother in 2008 now my father is asking his 6 sisters to register the property in his name . but sisters are saying they want share which my papa is giving as per his standard.25000 per person and fathers daughter is asking place in that land. i want to if this property is not registered in my fathers name . after the death of my father or any of sister , whose rights will be on that property my mother , me or his siters daughter & son .
