The matter of distribution of 50% property held by huband who has applied for the DIVERSE has been discussed in the parliment for a long time.
May I request any one to let me know where this matters stand as of today
has that been passed in the parliment
Is there a notification already in the court
I will be greatful to know the position

Next time you vote see to it that you vote for the canditate who is against this this is the only way you can change the law .

The concerned law is not yet passed. Do not worry. It is still under discussion.

Thanks for the immedeat replies.
One more comman doubt I have
Now a days the the super market and other retailers charge one to two rupees for the bag they supply
This was brought in by the Government to avoid the palstic for enviroment clearence.
The crux of the point is that if I dont want a bag why dotn they give me discount of one or two rupees
as these bags were supplied free of cost prior to the notification.
that is the way i feel you must encourage and bring in dicipline
I have a feeling these supper market and other retailers are making more money by selling these plastic bags
