After my parents passed away me and my brother divided the property. he gave me NOC for the properties and I got the mutation done and sold the properties. now he has logged a FIR claiming that I was the care taker and have falsely sold the properties. he has logged section 420 and 506 against me. please tell me what my options are legally. there is no scope for compromise as he's after my money and if i compromise today then he can come after me again. i want to fight and win as i am in no wrong doing.
