Hi there,
My grandma has the property under her name and she has 5 brothers and 2 sisters. According to the will the propety was supposed to be divided in 7 equal parts.
the case was in court as the property case was against my Grandma's brother.
Now the case got sorted out as both the parties (Grandma's brother's son and my Mom's Brothers).
they happened to settle the case outside thereby dividing the amount between 5 brothers (They already have the amount divided between themselves) and not even informing the sisters about it.
Now please let me know what can be done:-
1) What can be done in this case?
2) If we file a case in court against them, how much time would it take?
3) Is there any other way to get this sorted out?
4) What would the law do in this case?
Please reply asap as we are in a fix and need to get some solution to it.
