Little background:
We all are Hindu from Gujarat.
My father pass away in 1989. and he has one 3story house in gujarat. (not a big one and no one is living there now.) There is no will created by my Father.
We are total 2 brother and 3 sister. Among them we have no relation with 1 sister since 1987.
I have started business (shop) in same house (Ground Floor) since 1987 and I have taken shop licesne from 1993 onwards and paying all taxes properly. Shop license is on my name.
2 month before my mother also pass away.
Now suddenly sister to whom we dont have relation trying to asking for propertly indirectly.
We (2 brother and 2 sister) dont have any issue in giving her property amount.
She has send lawyer notice in which she has mention lot of asset for claim which we never have in beginning and even dont have now (Like we have lot of gold and cash). Also she wanted to shutdown my shop.
She is trying to collect all document from here and there.
My question is:
1. Can she directly close my shop ?
2. What action do I need to take to make sure that court should not directly give her any rights to close my shop or take over my home.
