I have a query related to my Grand Father's property.
My Great Grand Father was holding a property in Main location in Goa and after him my Grand Father and his brother was supposed to be that property owner. My grandfather moved to Mumbai and on that property, My Grandfather's brother ha made hotel without his consent and he never asked for it. Now iys been 60 years place is well developed and grand father ain't got a single penny from that property and he he is still alive though.
So I want to know can i file a complain regarding property dispute. No compensation was given to him.

You can file civil suit for partition before civil court. Please appoint local advocate and consult with him.
