Property Dispute

What are the steps to get my uncle vacate the property and agree for some resolution - he is staying in my grandfather's property since he was born - my grandfather/grandmother had no will and both of them are no more now. My father is staying with me in a separate property.

The property self acquired/ancestral shall devolve upon ClassI legal heirs. Your father and uncle are one of them.

Partition suit is one of the options.

Approach an able lawyer specializing in family/property/cuvil matters with all property related documents and understand all options,merits and remedies.
