Property attachment

Hello,

Recently I won the civil suit for money recovery in my favour. I received the decree from the court. The EP proceedings is now going to begin.

I have one question about property attachment. Can we attach the JD's property which is owned by his father as shown on the Muncipal Property record. The father is around 75 years and continiously sick. The family includes Father, Mother, JD and his Sister. JD's sister is married. JD too also married and have 2 kids. Both JD's family and his father and mother lives together in a big flat.

JD is working person who currently works in Software company. He refused to pay the money which I gave him in the time of his needs saying he do not have any money to pay. I have promissory note which is signed by him. Now the judgment is in my favor so if he do not responded to EP then may b we need to attach this property. So I am asking this question. Can we attach this property which is owned by father but going to be his property as heir.

Thank you in advance for your time to answer this query.
