Property

My mother has house property based on IGPA. We let our relatives to stay there. But now they are not vacanting the house and saying they have filed the case 2 years back in court. But we dont have any information about this. They dont have any legal document except electricity bill. What action should we take now. Plzzz help?

Hi iam planning to buy an apartment in bangalore. owner is in mumbai . for registration to be done in bangalore owner is not willing to come. he says he can send his person with special power of attorney only to complete registration process. but the complete sale amount will be received by owner and all the pages of sale deed will be signed by the owner. please suggest me can i buy with these arrangement or anything need to be changed. and also please let me know if owner gives SPA other than blood relatives what is the stamp duty to be paid and is it legally valid ??

@ jyoti since the property is on your mother's name and if you have worked out any rent agreement send them a notice asking them to vacate the place within a timeframe failing which you can file a eviction suit against them.
