Hi,

Myself & my wife are co owners of a flat in Bangalore.

Now, I would like to transfer my rights to my wife.

Plz suggest which is suitable GIFT DEED or RELEASE DEED

Also, Plz let me know Stamp duty & Registration Charges for GIFT & RELEASE DEED.
