property

I am living with my parents who own a property. I do not want a share from the property. Please do let me know how do I proceed. I have a brother and sister. My elder brother does not stay with us and my sister is due to get married

IF THE PROPERTY DEVOLVED ON THEM BY THEIR SELF EARNED, THEY HAVE RIGHT TO DO AS THEY LIKES.  IF IT IS ANCESTROL YOU HAVE RIGHT AND THEN YOU RELINQUISH YOUR RIGHT OVER THE PROPERTY.

Thanks for the prompt reply.Very happy to be a part of this form. However... Its my parents self earned property. I do not want a share from it. Do I give this in the form of MOU to them or is there any other way out of it
