Proof of marriage

Can a registered joint sale deed in the name of a couple who bought the property showing themselves as a married couple be a sufficine to prove their marriage and can a second wife who was not aware of the first marriage use this document to get her marriage annulled? If yes, can you please quote some relevant case law in which the registered document could be used to prove the first marriage.

Yes you can use this. As person cannot deny information given on oath.
