I am facing 498a,Drowry Prohibition 3/4 since 2009.In my case FIL,MIL,wife came to court and gave oral evidence that they have paid 6 lakhs of dowry and 1 lakh woth gold ornaments. FIL is the BSNL LineMen.
In the cross my lawyer asked the source of income.All of them told that they paid dowry and FIL is having the capacity to pay dowry.But they did not answered for source of income.They even did not mention the list of gold ornaments.They simply told one lakh of gold ornaments.I have no issues with the 498a as i have evidences to prove that they are false.
But for dowry how can i prove?
My question is basing on the FIL,MIL and the wife oral evidences will judge convince with out the source of Income.I am confused here.
Please guide me.
