Process to get counseling service in pune family court

If already any matrimonial  dispute is pending, the primary object of the court is to send the estranged spouses to mediation.  So, ask the court to do so.  If not, you can initiate a process of pre-litigation counsellig by approaching the District Legal authroties.  

@ Jay, 1. Generally an associate is well equipped with all the information qua subject. 2.What is the dispute about? 3. Did you try to find out some amicable solution to your problem engaging some elders, friends, relatives etc.?

Once the matrimonial dispute is coming for hearing, you may request the court to send it to the counseling which will be immediately accepted by the court, take the help of your lawyer for this.
