Process of getting patta of ancestors

Sir how I can get patta of my land on which my home is made. sir myself living in a village of rajasthan state .the home in which we are living are made by my ancestator before more than 20 yr.Now i am living at same place but I am not having patta of that land. Please tell me the process foe get patta of that land.

Approach local authority for mutation of your name in record of right by giving the proof of using it.
