Process for chargesheet

Dear All,

I would like to inquire the process for taking chargesheet. My family members filed an FIR for section 464,465,467,468,471,120 and 420 of IPC.

This is a property dispute , when my family member used influence and filed a false FIR, i and my family members got AB throught city civil court, and we filed a petition for quashing of FIR in High court.

I would like to inquire, the police officer is continously harassing us for taking the chargesheet .

1)Please if some one can tell me , do i have to physically take the chargesheet or can it be submitted in the lower court to the magistrate without me appearing.

2)Do i have to take a regular bail when the chargesheet is submitted? I have already got my AB and submitted a bail bond and two surety as per order.

3)How much time can one expect in the Trial Court for conclusion approximately in Mumbai

4) Does anyone here think all these sections can be quashed in High court?

I am very much disturbed through all this process and losing out money and my regular peace fighting in court.

Your Suggestions will be very welcome.

Thank You
