procedure to sold my property

Hello sir/madam,
basically our father's were in joint family. recently we got divided and we got some properties but those are in favor of my grandmother(late).. she is no more, we didn't have any Will of her. thing is we need to sell a property which was in favor of her, so I request you to please guide me the procedure to take place...thank you
