We are a member of co-operative housing society where sociely puchased land and plots were alloted to members. Now its being 30 years society is running but due to age of members they want to dissolve the society.
I would like to know the procedure of society dissolution and after dissolution how ownership rights will pass to plot owners do they need to pay registartion again and pay stamp duty ?
if yes then who will do registration ?
Or just on the basis of society delisting and dessolution certificate can we remove society title from Property Card issued by City Survey ?
