Procedure to buy agriculture land by private company

Hi,

We have 50 acre family plantation land. We would like to start private company to expand plantation and we need to acquire more land ( 600-1000 acre ) for the plantation. We have following questions

1)What is the procedure to buy agriculture land by Private company for Agriculture purpose like plantation?

2)Do we need permission from Director of Industries , Collector or Tehasildar?

Any advice will be great. Please let us know if anyone has experience to deal with Private company in agriculture.

Thanks

Jayant M.

Thanks you for reply.

Land is Khalsa land. How difficult it is to get permission from Industries Commissioner to buy land for agriculture activities?

Please let me know if you / anyone has experience in getting this kind of permission from  Industries Commissioner.

Once again thank you for your response.

Nature based industries auger universal welfare. I feel, India should redefine 'Industry".
